Koo Koo fun!  We had a wonderful time yesterday moving to the music with Koo Koo Kangaroo. Thanks to our PTO for paying for the event, our gym was hopping, and kids and teachers were singing, and dancing and having a delightful time together.

Looking for gloves in all the wrong places?  Our lost and found is overflowing! PLEASE stop by the tables in front of the media center and look through the items during conferences next week!  Does anything belong to your student?  ALL items will be donated over spring break.

Kids and Co for next year.  There are over 100 current parents who have not registered for Kids and Company for next year yet. This is different from registering for summer Kids and Co.  You need to register by June first each year for the fall Kids  and Co or risk not having a child care slot for in the fall. You may register online at in the Community Education tab.

Parent Teacher Conferences.  Conference sign-up links are closed.  Please contact your child's teacher  if you haven’t signed up for a conference.

For all 6th graders:  Our grade level music concert is on Monday, March 20th at 7:00pm at Hopkins Center for the Arts (1111 Mainstreet). Students need to report to our meeting space at HCA by 6:30pm. Please wear white from the waist up and black from the waist down. If you have an unavoidable conflict, please have a parent or guardian email to be excused. Mrs. Scholtz has organized ride shares and volunteer drivers in case transportation is an issue. We're looking forward to performing for our community!

Carnival.  Mark your calendars!  The Meadowbrook Spring Carnival is Friday, May 5th from 5:30pm to 8:00pm and we need YOU!  Did you know that it takes over 300 volunteers to make the Carnival happen??  We need EVERY family to help out!  This is our most volunteer-intense community building event AND the most fun!  Please sign up for a volunteer shift (or shifts) with the link below.  And remember - your children are welcome and encouraged to help with your volunteer shift (except on Treat Street) and they LOVE it!

For each shift that you sign up for by April 15th, your name will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card!!  Watch for more details coming your way about ticket sales and the Box Tops promotion, Teacher/Staff Adventures, donation requests, and more!  Questions??  email Camie Mayer   Thank you!!!

PTO Restaurant Night:  No cooking!  No planning!  Raise money!  Please mark your calendars for Tuesday, April 4th at Culver’s in Golden Valley.  Meadowbrook PTO receives 15% of ALL sales that night.  Invite friends, family, and neighbors!  Student & adult volunteers needed to help serve.  Register on sign-up genesis at:
