Mark has been a principal for 20 years, most recently serving as principal of Rice Lake Elementary in Maple Grove. He started his teaching career in Houston and moved back to Minnesota to work at St. Paul Public Schools. He then worked at the Blake Schools, then returned back to St. Paul before spending the last 18 years with the Osseo Area Schools.
Karla Anderson has been working in the Hopkins Public Schools at Gatewood Elementary School since 1987. She also worked part time at Harley Hopkins Early Childhood during the first two years in the District.
Ms. Barbari has a K-6 Elementary Education degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. She also has a K-12 Library Media Education license from Mankato State University and has taken numerous courses in the Reading Licensure Program at Hamline University in St. Paul.
Tracey Beaverson has been working in the Hopkins Public Schools since 2008. For 8 years she taught 5th and 3rd grades at Alice Smith Elementary and for 2 years she taught 3rd grade at Meadowbrook Elementary.
Carley has worked in many different educational settings, such as a level-four school, care and treatment setting, and DCD classrooms for the last four years. She believes that each student is unique, and since they are unique they deserve a specific lesson geared for their capabilities and interests.
Heather Frary has been teaching English Language Learners in the Hopkins Public Schools since 1999. Prior to teaching in Hopkins, Heather taught in elementary and junior high classrooms in Wisconsin and Forest Lake, Minnesota.
Coreen began working for Hopkins Public Schools in 2007. She started at Kaleidoscope Preschool (Harley location) as an assistant, where she was surrounded by very talented, passionate, and experienced Early Childhood directors & staff.
Kimberly Husfeldt has been working in the Hopkins Public Schools since 2001. She originally started her career at Hopkins West Junior High as a special education case manager and work experience teacher.
