END OF YEAR MEDICATION REMINDER 2019
Please plan to pick up any unused medication(s) that your child has in the nurse's office by the last day of school, Friday, June 7th. Medication cannot be sent home with students.
If your child has medication here that they no longer are using, stop by this week to pick it up.
By school policy we are required to discard/ destroy all remaining medication whether nonprescription or prescription which has not been taken home. The school cannot store any medication for the summer programs or for the following school year.

Library Stats & Fun Facts . . .
4th Grade checked out more books than any other grade this year.
Ms. Myaskovsky's third grade class checked out more books than any other class - 1,459 books!
"Dog Man" books were the top 5 most checked out books this year.
8,244 AR quizzes were passed this year at AS.
21,438 items were checked out from the Media Center this year.
Mr. White's class (3rd grade) passed the most AR quizzes . . . 1,233 of them! Ms. Lindemann's class (2nd grade) is #2 with 1,047!
6th grader Logan Volpi got the most AR points with 490.4 for the year! 5th Grader Coco Pawles got the second most AR points with 450.8!
3rd Grader Ahmed Mahamed checked out the most books this year. 203 books!

Yearbooks for Sale
If you did not pre-order a yearbook, we have a limited quantity for sale in the front office for $17. First come, first served. Please pay by cash or check made out to "Lifetouch". We cannot accept credit card payment in our office.
The first year of our Classroom Sponsorship program was a huge success! Teachers and support staff were able to "dream big" and the students benefited through flexible seating, kindness retreats, classroom supplies and field trips. The cost of sponsorship is $500 per classroom. If you or someone you know would be interested in becoming a sponsor for the 2019-20 school-year please email email@example.com

As this school year comes to an end, we are already preparing for next year's calendar and directory.
