Please notify us if homeschooling is your family's choice

For some families, homeschooling is the appropriate educational choice for their children. For specific questions and to learn more about requirements, visit the Minnesota Department of Education website.

If you determine homeschooling is the best option for your child, complete the Intent to Continue Homeschooling form or Nonpublic School Full Report (below and submit it to Hopkins Public Schools by October 1 of the school year.

For first-time homeschooled students, a Pupil Immunization Record is also required when submitting your Nonpublic School Full Report.
