Executive Meeting of the School Board
February 16, 2021

An executive meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District 270 was conducted virtually on February 16, 2021, commencing at 8:47 p.m.

School Board members present: Chair Jen Bouchard, Vice Chair Shannon Andreson, Treasurer Steve Adams, Clerk Katie Pederson, Directors Fartun Ahmed, Tanya Khan, and John Kuhl.

School Board members absent:  None. Staff present: Superintendent Rhoda Mhiripiri-Reed. Staff absent: None.

The purpose of the meeting was pursuant to Minnesota Open Meeting Law, Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, Subd. 3(a) to conduct the Superintendent’s mid-year review for the 2020-21 school year. No action was taken at this time. The executive session was called in accordance with Minnesota laws and the entire meeting was recorded.

The Executive Session adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
