We are reeling from the news that dedicated public servants who work alongside us to protect public education in Minnesota are targets of hate and violence.
We are committed to continuing the good work of those elected officials. Speaker Emerita Hortman’s legacy will live on in classrooms across the state and our hearts are with the communities and loved ones most impacted by Saturday’s horrific acts.
Our deepest gratitude goes out to the Hoffman family and to our Hopkins legislators - Representatives Acomb, Falconer, Freiberg, Kraft, and Youakim, and Senators Cwodzinski, Johnson Stewart, Latz, and Rest - who tirelessly serve our community.
