Fatuma Ali: 2023 MN Teacher of the Year Finalist

Meet Fatuma Ali, an English and AVID teacher at Hopkins High School, and a finalist for Minnesota Teacher of the Year. Her passion for teaching stems from the desire to create a positive learning environment for her students and to be the teacher she wished she had when growing up. Fatuma has revolutionized the English curriculum at her school, creating classes that are much-needed and beloved by her students.
