Brewed Awakening at Tanglen Elementary

At Tanglen Elementary, Ms. Schmid’s fourth graders have brewed up their very own coffee cart business, turning a classroom idea into a real-world project that’s now up and running! With a grant from HEF powering their efforts, the students are using project-based learning to master everything from planning and marketing to operations and accounting, gaining essential real-world skills along the way.
