Hopkins welcomes Nike's Sterling Shury as part of BOOST Speaker Series

On January 30, the Royals College and Career Center hosted its first BOOST Speaker Series of the year. The BOOST Speaker Series is a program where people are brought in from our community, different agencies, and different walks of life to meet with scholars to talk about their future career paths after high school.

The speaker to kick the year off was Sterling Shury, the Director of Business Operations and Enablement of Global Technology at Nike. He flew in from Oregon just to meet with scholars, and they were able to ask him all kinds of questions.

We will be continuing to have these speaker series all throughout the year. Watch for announcements and register to come to future programs.
