West Middle School students host Research Symposium

Seventh grade students at West Middle School brought their learning to life at their Research Symposium, presenting original projects to classmates and staff in the media center. Students chose topics they cared about, then developed real skills in research, organization, and public communication by sharing their work with a live audience. Projects spanned a wide range of subjects, from Muhammad Ali and the Montgomery Bus Boycott to Malala Yousafzai, reflecting the breadth of students' interests and the depth of their independent inquiry.
