This year’s Transition Plus graduation honored 11 students as they walked across the stage and marked an important milestone in their journey toward adult life.
The graduation ceremony celebrated each student’s growth and accomplishments. Several students shared speeches, reflecting on their experiences and time in the program. Teachers also highlighted each graduate’s next steps and future plans, recognizing the unique path each student is taking beyond Transition Plus. A slideshow showcased memories and milestones from throughout the years, followed by a group celebration that brought students, families, and staff together to honor the moment.
