Hopkins Public Schools employees raise over $22,510 to support community charities

The Hopkins Public Schools Employee Charitable Giving Campaign raised $22,510 for four local charities. A total of 217 donations were received, with 86 percent of donors supporting ResourceWest and MoveFwd.

The Hopkins Public Schools Employee Charitable Giving Campaign raised $22,510 for three local non-profits. A total of 217 donations were received, with 86 percent of donors supporting MoveFwd or Resource West. The remaining 12 percent of donations went to the Hopkins Education Foundation, and Hopkins Royal Productions received one solo donation. Total donations were down slightly from the 2017-18 campaign, which raised $23,648.

The campaign took place during the end of September and was managed by the following 21 staff volunteers: Deb Pauly, Pat Wright, Jill Milbert, Michelle Olson, Nancy Anderson, Joan Opitz, Tim Colby, Rob Estrine, Carolina Lloyd, Lynn Miller, Marcia Curley, Patty O'Reilly, Lauren Oneill, Laura Smiley, Linda Yesnes, Chuck Schlegel, Rita Wilson, Sarah Reaker, Karen Marx, Sharon Holle, and Joyce Kurus.
