Student art is on display at the Hopkins Center for the Arts in honor of National Youth Art Month! Students from Hopkins Public Schools in grades K-12 will have their creative masterpieces on display in the Redepenning Gallery through March 24. More than 200 students in the District have art displayed.

The celebration of art kicked off at the Hopkins K-12 Student Visual Arts Show opening reception on Feb. 26. Students gathered at the opening reception with their families. They were welcomed into the building with instrumental music played by several high school students. The youth artists received a certificate and they had the opportunity to show their families where their artwork was hanging in the gallery.

Youth Art Month is Feb. 21 through March 24. The student artwork will be on display at the Hopkins Center for the Arts, 1111 Main Street in downtown Hopkins, from Feb. 21-March 24.
