Hello Wonderful Hopkins Staff!

I hope this summer provided you with lasting memories and an abundance of love as you spent time with family and friends!

The district workshop day is Tuesday, August 27. We look forward to seeing you there! The agenda for the day is here. This year we will forego an outside keynote speaker and instead engage the expertise and infinite knowledge of our own staff. No one knows Hopkins kids like our exceptional Hopkins staff!

Our core purpose for workshop day is to build community as a Hopkins collective. As our work on Vision 2031 took shape last year, we shared in the development of six Core Values. These values represent us and drive our work every day. We will intentionally define and weave these values into our professional development throughout the year.

· Love
· Vigilant Equity
· Intentionally Adventurous
· Humility of Heart
· Optimistic Innovation
· Authentic Inclusivity

At Hopkins, our work has always centered around the love we show for our students, families, and each other. Fearless teams of staff and students will share their ideas for moving our vision to the year 2031, emphasizing our important relationships and love for kids. The morning will involve staff and student-led workshops that will deepen learning and spark authentic conversations for all members of our Hopkins community.

All Hopkins staff are invited to attend this workshop day. Non-certified will be compensated for 2 hours. Below is a sneak peek at some of the morning sessions. Full session descriptions will follow.
