Please let us know if homeschooling is your family's choice

For some families, homeschooling is the appropriate educational choice for their children. Please notify us if you intend to homeschool your child.

For specific questions and to learn more about requirements, please visit the Minnesota Department of Education website.

If you determine homeschooling is the best option for your child, complete the Intent to Continue Homeschooling form or Nonpublic School Full Report (below and submit it to Hopkins Public Schools by October 1 of the school year.

For first-time homeschooled students, a Pupil Immunization Record is also required when submitting your Nonpublic School Full Report.
