Need to make a schedule change?

We understand that schedules may change during your child's enrollment. Please follow the procedure below when requesting a permanent change in a contracted daily schedule:

  • Log in to your account and click on your current contract.  Under contract management, click on Change Schedule.  You will not be able to make changes less than 2 weeks out; the system will assign the date the schedule change can take place. Once invoices have been created for the month, changes cannot be made until the following month.  You will receive a confirmation email if/when your change has been accepted. If your schedule change is denied, it will simply disappear from your account.
  • A $15 schedule change fee will be assessed for each accepted request.

If you are withdrawing from the program and a two week written notice is given, the $15 fee is waived.
