Under the Operations goal area of the Hopkins Strategic Plan, as a district, we will identify and address system gaps or flaws that prevent employees from doing their jobs efficiently or effectively.

There are two objectives of the Operations goal area: Family-Facing Operational Excellence and Internal Operational Excellence.
