We are excited to announce improvements to our lunch payment system! Our new system features:

Improved access for families to view their child(ren)'s account balances and purchases online!

Easier to make payments online!

Access for families fully integrated with our Campus Parent Portal!

Families can pay for school meals using the Infinite Campus parent portal.  In the next few weeks, families will receive letters indicating an account balance for each of their children and a personal identification number (PIN).

How is it different from our previous lunch payment system?

Our system gives real-time, secure access for Parents/Guardians to the food service information, including account balances, and all purchases your child has made in the cafeteria. You will also be able to receive email notices of low account balances.

How does it work?

Every student has an account where all of the money for food service can be deposited by check or online payment. As purchases are made, money is drawn out of the account. The child will access the personal account in the lunch lines with his or her Personal Identification Number (PIN) entered into a keypad.

What else do I need to know?

  • All students will use their same PIN from last year, which will stay the same from kindergarten through 12th grade.

  • Parents/Guardians will still be able to send a check with their child to school. We ask that parents do not send cash with students.

  • Parents/Guardians may also send one check to Royal Cuisine, 1001 Highway 7, Hopkins, Minnesota 55305, and allocate specific amounts to be distributed to their children.

  • Online payments may be used using Infinite Campus

  • Account balances from last year have been transferred to our new system. You may view the balances in the Campus Parent Portal.

  • Your child(ren)'s new PIN number(s), lunch account balances, and current meal benefit eligibility have been mailed to your family. You should receive it the week of August 24. PIN numbers will also be available at your school's open house, and on the first day of school.

What does our family need to do?

  • If you have a Campus Parent Portal account, just log in and you are all set to view your child's balances and transactions! A link to the portal may be found below.

  • Families that do not have Parent Portal accounts please click on the link below to request a portal account using our handy webform.

  • To make online payments, log into your Campus Parent Portal account and follow the link to Payments.
