Hopkins Champions Fund
Presents the annual Golf & Tennis Benefit
Tournament on September, 24, 2012 at Oak Ridge Country Club
700 Oak Ridge Road, Hopkins, MN 55305

The Activities Program in the Hopkins School District provides arts and athletic participation opportunities to students in grades 7 through 12. Many families in our school community are unable to afford these activities but understand the benefits of having their children participate.

Here is a chance to play a great private course that you might not otherwise play-unless you know a member-at a great value! You will also support the Hopkins Champions Fund who provides financial assistance for students who may not otherwise be able to afford to participate in the performing arts and athletic opportunities offered at Hopkins North Junior High, Hopkins West Junior HIgh, and Hopkins High School. Join with Hopkins parents and coaches to play at the magnificent Oak Ridge club on Monday, September 24.

This year there are two events:

Golf--a morning shotgun starting at 9 a.m.

Scramble format--The cost is $150 per player and includes golf, cart, practice balls, prize and lunch ($100 is tax deductible). Field events include Longest drive, Closest to the pin and Longest putt. Sign up for this event as a foursome, twosome, or individually.

Tennis--a friendly round robin starting at 10:30 a.m.

Round robin--The cost is $50 per player and includes friendly competition, prizes, and lunch ($20 is tax deductible).
