Naviance Family Connection is a web-based college and career planning website which Hopkins pays for and offers to students free of charage. Features of the website include: 

• College planning tools: Search engines, school information pages, timelines and deadlines for the application process, and historical data about colleges and universities to which past HHS students have applied and been accepted.
• Electronic transcript request form: Students can quickly and easily request transcripts online and, after coming to the guidance office to pay the fee, track the progress of the transcripts as they are sent electronically by HHS to colleges and universities all over the world!
• Career planning: Interest inventory, job descriptions, and resume-building tools.

How to Access Naviance Family Connection

• Click the link below to visit the Family Connection website
• Students log-in using their Moodle and student server log-in information: "shortname" (first four letters of last name plus first four letters of first name) in the email box and lunch pin number in the password box
• Parents can contact their student's guidance counselor for log-in information
