The Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment exams are tools created by the No Child Left Behind Act. They measure student progress toward Minnesota's academic standards in reading, math, science, and writing. The math and reading GRAD exam is embedded in the MCA II exams; these are tests that fulfill Minnesota's high school graduation requirements.
