Carol Clark, R.N. has been the Licensed School Nurse (LSN) at Glen Lake Elementary since 1997. Previously, she worked as an LSN at Harley Hopkins in Early Childhood Screening/Special Education and as a staff nurse at Mercy Medical Center in Coon Rapids.
Dee joined Glen Lake Elementary in 2012; she previously worked as a School Counselor in the Minneapolis and Anoka-Hennepin school districts. Prior to her work in schools, she spent eight years as a family therapist in the northern metro.
Caryn has been working for the Hopkins Public Schools since 2000, starting out as a learning resource teacher. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, with a minor in English from California State University-Northridge. Her post-graduate work was at The University of St. Thomas.
Kay Hawley currently teaches instrumental music at Alice Smith and Glen Lake Elementary Schools. For the majority of her career she has taught instrumental music at West Jr. High. Kay has a wide variety of interests and a diverse background as an educator, performer, clinician, and guest speaker.
Colette Kastner started her teaching career in the Hopkins Public Schools in 2006. In Hopkins, she has taught 2nd and 4th grades and currently is job-sharing 6th grade, besides being an Elementary Technology Integration Specialist.
Deb earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in 1983 and began working for Intermediate School District 287 in the Special Education Department in 1984. Deb Lund has been an Occupational Therapist in the Hopkins School District since 1998
Sherri Maloney has been working in the Hopkins School District since 1996. She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree in Special Education, from the University of Minnesota.
