Dee joined Glen Lake Elementary in 2012; she previously worked as a School Counselor in the Minneapolis and Anoka-Hennepin school districts. Prior to her work in schools, she spent eight years as a family therapist in the northern metro.
Ms. Elsen has been teaching in the Hopkins Public Schools since 2015. She has previous experience in the Anoka-Hennepin, Robbinsdale, St. Cloud, and Sartell school districts and at Athlos Leadership Academy in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Laura has been working in the Hopkins Public Schools since 2013. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2009, and her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University-Glendale, AZ in 2012.
Caryn has been working for the Hopkins Public Schools since 2000, starting out as a learning resource teacher. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, with a minor in English from California State University-Northridge. Her post-graduate work was at The University of St. Thomas.
Colette Kastner started her teaching career in the Hopkins Public Schools in 2006. In Hopkins, she has taught 2nd and 4th grades and currently is job-sharing 6th grade, besides being an Elementary Technology Integration Specialist.
Laura started working at Glen Lake Elementary School fall of 2015. Previously, she worked at Pediatric Home Service (PHS) as a home care staff nurse working with intensive care patients in home and school settings.
