Questions regarding the RFQ and Specifications will be accepted until March 15, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. Our response to all questions received, will be provided to all interested parties by Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. via email.

The winning quotation will be judged by a combination of price and the quality of the equipment as indicated in the specifications. General information and specifications may be obtained beginning Thursday, February 25, 2010, by contacting Michael Koss, Performance Management Group, 952-887-1642 ().

On the above date and time, authorized persons of PMG and Hopkins Public Schools will publicly open the quotations received and read aloud the names of interested parties submitting quotations, the dollar amount of their quotation and other pertinent data.

Quotations must be received by U.S. mail or delivered in person, on or before the above date and time, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Hopkins Bus Security Camera Quotation" to:

Quotations received after the due date and time will be rejected. Hopkins Public Schools is using an open quotation process for the purchase of school bus security camera equipment and disclaims usage of any other options allowed under applicable law. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and waive irregularities therein and further, reserves the right to award the contract for purchase of the subject equipment to the lowest responsible quotation that is in the best interest of Hopkins Public Schools.
