Hopkins School District #270

If you live in the district, but you want your child to attend a Hopkins school outside of your assigned attendance area, you may complete an In-District Transfer Request, which may be found at the link below.

Applications will be reviewed by the district Administrative Services department and building principals.  Among their considerations are current class sizes at the requested school, sibling preference, and availability of services.

Applications for the 2012-13 school year may be submitted from now until January 15, 2012, for inclusion in the initial placement process.  Applications received after the deadline will be handled on a space-available basis, in order of receipt.

For mid-year reassignment requests, complete the In-District Transfer Request and submit it to your student's assigned school principal.  You will be notified of the status of your request.
