What is the term of the lease on the Ubah Medical Academy and when does it expire?
Answer
Ubah Medical Academy has a 5-year lease at Katherine Curren school that began on Aug. 1, 2007, and will expire on June 30, 2012. The lease entitles Ubah to use of the entire building and outdoor spaces for 12 months. Hopkins Public Schools has access to the gym and cafeteria in the evening and on weekends for school and/or community events.
