You are your child's first and most important teacher. Our ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) classes can help you with that role. Our high quality classes are for you and your young children - birth to pre-kindergarten age. A typical class meets once a week and includes:
- Parent-Child Activity. Time where you and your child together enjoy a classroom filled with developmentally appropriate play and learning activities. You'll take home new ideas for things you can do together.
- Parent Discussion. You'll meet with other parents and a licensed parent educator to share support, experiences, and information about child development and parenting techniques.
- Children's Activity Time. While you are in Parent Discussion (in separating classes), children learn and play with licensed early childhood teachers. Children practice social skills and will enjoy music, art, stories, and large/small muscle activities.
Not just classes
And there's more - join us for Special Topics workshops, fun family events, vehicle fairs, home visits, and many other exciting activities!
Didn't start when your child was a baby?
No problem! We have classes for you and your child all the way from birth to 5 years old. You are welcome to join classes at any point they fit with your family's life.
