We advocate that a healthy school environment is one in which the surroundings contribute to a conducive learning environment for students, productivity for teachers and staff, and a sense of comfort, health, and well-being for all school occupants.
If you have any indoor air quality (IAQ) concerns or questions, please contact Jeff Goldy, Environmental Health & Safety coordinator, at 952.988.4263, or via email. She is certified by the Department of Education and the Department of Health to identify possible IAQ issues, recommend remedial actions, and offer prevention strategies. In addition, the district may provide information about school facility construction, maintenance and housekeeping practices, and chemicals currently being used at our schools. Information may also be obtained for community members who have indoor air quality concerns in their homes.
