Hopkins School District 270, is accepting proposals for the purchase of excess/outdated inventory of network equipment. Proposals will be accepted for six (6) lots of equipment. Bidder may separately bid on each lot and optionally submit a combined bid for all lots of equipment. Bids must be submitted for complete lots of equipment, not a la carte items. To receive a list of assets available, please contact Jill Milbert at the contact information, below.
Please outline proposals on a price per item outline with the count per model, and provide deduction schedule (if any) for items in the bid. All equipment is sold ‘as-is’ with no warranty from Hopkins whether stated or inferred.
All proposals should be sent electronically to the attention of Jill Milbert, Technology Department Secretary, at jill.milbert@hopkinsschools.org
All proposals are due by 3:00PM on Friday, February 17, 2012. Proposals will be reviewed and awarded on Thursday, February 23, 2012.
Hardware will be immediately available upon proposal acceptance, with 50% payment of bid due at the time of pick-up or shipping, and remaining 50% due within 45 calendar days of receipt of equipment. Any shipping charges should be included in bid.
The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids that are contrary to the best interests of Hopkins School District 270, or is in anyway incomplete, non-responsive, or to waive irregularities within the bid received.
