Hopkins Public Schools is accepting Proposals for purchase of excess/outdated inventory of computers. Proposals will be accepted for the entire lot of computers only, with optional bid for accessory items. To receive list of assets available, please contact Jill Milbert with the below contact information.Please outline proposals on a price per model outline with the count per model, and provide deduction schedule for items in the bid. The number of total power adapters is located in the document.
Laptops are generally in fair condition with light abrasions to surfaces from daily use in a school environment. Laptops have up to two asset tags, one on the outside surface and one beneath the battery. RFP must outline data destruction guarantee for all systems conforming to DoD 5200.28-M standards.
